This co-ed 7 v 7 league plays with a simplified version of USA Ultimate rules. Games are held on a premier synthetic turf field and each team must have 2 women on the field during every game (if missing a female player team may play with 6 players to avoid forfeit). 

League Details

1. Eight (8) regular season games
2. Games are 50 minutes long (25 minute halves)
3. Games start between 7:30pm and 9:30pm
4. Non-prepaid teams or small groups who do not reach the full roster (12 players) will have free agents assigned to the team.
5. Up to 2 divisions, if possible, based on the total number of teams
6. One (1) DynamicSSC tee shirt per team member – your uniform for the season
7. Playoffs for the top qualifying teams in week 9
8. Prizes will be awarded to the championship teams at DynamicSSC’s End of Season Party

*DynamicSSC t-shirts or team uniforms must be worn at all times. Cotton DynamicSSC shirts will be provided. Individuals or teams may purchase dry fit tees for $10 a piece.
